SPARK – The 100K Collective
Support that meets businesses at their next inflection point
SPARK is a nationwide initiative addressing the missing middle of women-led businesses enterprises too established for microcredit, yet consistently left out of formal finance, markets, digital systems, and regulatory frameworks. Through intensive boot camps in 300 locations, SPARK will work with 100,000 women entrepreneurs to build the capacity needed to engage with capital, platforms, and institutions not through hand holding, but by making systems navigable. Because enterprise systems should work for those already building.

SPARK is enabled by a wide network of institutions that contribute across core layers of programme delivery — from regulatory clarity and financial readiness to capability-building and public visibility. The initiative stands on the strength of this distributed architecture, with each partner bringing domain-specific expertise and a shared commitment to systemic change.
SPARK draws on mobilisation support from national trade and industry bodies that help connect the programme to existing enterprise ecosystems. Partners such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) enable outreach across both organised and informal sectors.
